📦 Return & Refund Policy – SenpaiMerch

At SenpaiMerch, we take pride in delivering quality anime-inspired products. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.


✅ Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns/exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible.

  • Sale items, customized products, and pre-ordered items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.


🔄 Exchanges & Refunds

  • If you receive a wrong or defective product, you must send it back to us first.

    • We will cover the return shipping cost for such cases.

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will send you the correct item or a replacement.

  • No refunds or exchanges will be provided if the product does not meet the eligibility criteria above.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • For eligible returns/exchanges (not due to our error), the customer pays the return shipping cost.

  • For wrong or defective items, SenpaiMerch will cover the return shipping after you provide proof and send the product back.

  • A trackable shipping method is recommended for all returns.

⚡ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at Support@senpaimerch.pk within 48 hours of delivery, including:

  1. Your order number

  2. Photos of the item and packaging

  3. A brief explanation of the issue
